Know the price before you call.
Standardised, transparent pricing: the same published rate for everyone, no hidden fees, and all of it on one Metroway365 bill. Everything we charge is here, in writing, for the audience you choose. Anything that needs a site visit is quoted fixed before any work starts, and your Rewards tier only ever makes the price lower.
Ad-hoc support rates
Pay-as-you-go technology support is billed in 15-minute blocks at $33 inc. GST per block ($132 inc. GST per hour; $30 ex GST per block). Remote sessions have a 30-minute minimum and on-site visits a 1-hour minimum. Managed IT customers have support included in their package.

All prices include GST. Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After-hours: Weekday evenings and Saturdays. Premium: Sundays, public holidays and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. After-hours work has a 1-hour minimum (2 hours for an after-hours site visit) and is best effort unless you hold a service level agreement with us. No call-out fee is hidden in the small print: what you see here is what you pay.

- A "solution" is any ongoing service with us: Managed IT, nbn, phones, security, backup, a maintenance plan and so on.
- You never lose a tier for a quiet month: tiers are reviewed yearly, and only ever go up while you stay with us.
