Ad-hoc support rates
Pay-as-you-go support for homes and home offices is billed in 15-minute blocks at $33 per block ($132 per hour) inc. GST. Remote sessions have a 30-minute minimum; on-site visits a 1-hour minimum. Managed IT customers have support included in their plan.

All prices include GST ($33 inc. GST is $30 ex-GST per block). Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. After-hours: weekday evenings and Saturdays. Premium: Sundays, public holidays and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. After-hours and premium support is best effort unless you hold a service level agreement with us.
How ad-hoc support is billed
Remote: 30-minute minimum
A remote session is at least two blocks ($66), then $33 per 15 minutes after that.
On site: 1-hour minimum
A call-out is at least four blocks ($132), which covers travel, then $33 per 15 minutes.
After hours: 1-hour minimum
Evenings, weekends and public holidays are billed at 1.5× or 2× with a 1-hour minimum (2 hours for an after-hours site visit).
