Where do you work?
We are based in Perth. On-site IT and electrical work covers the Perth metropolitan area; ask us about regional Western Australia. Remote IT support, nbn, 4G/5G and mobile services are not tied to a location.
I run a small business from home. Should I choose Residential or Commercial?
Home-office businesses may choose Residential if they operate from a residence with up to 2 people and about 5 devices (self-declared; business software licences still required). If you have more people or devices than that, or you work from a separate business premises, choose Commercial.
Do you do electrical work outside Western Australia?
No. Metroway holds a Western Australian electrical contractor licence (EC17998), so electrical work is WA only. Technology and telecommunications services are not limited by the licence.
Can I bundle IT, phones and electrical work?
Yes, that is the point of Metroway. One team plans and installs the cabling, power, network, phones and devices together, and you get one point of contact and one bill.
How do bookings and quotes work?
Residential: choose the service, tell us what you need and a suitable time, and we confirm the booking and price before any work starts. Commercial: tell us about your business and we come back with a fixed quote. Enterprise: we start with a conversation about your sites and requirements, then propose an agreement.
