Response: 7 minutes Resolution: 2.5 hours
Severe (P2):
Response: 1 hour Resolution: 8 hours
High (P3):
Response: 8 hours Resolution: 48 hours
Medium (P4):
Response: 48 hours Resolution: 72 hours
Low (P5):
Response: 72 hours Resolution: 7 days
