- Discounts apply automatically to every invoice once you qualify, no claim forms.
- A "solution" is any ongoing service with us: Managed IT, nbn, phones, security, backup, a maintenance plan and so on.
- You never lose a tier for a quiet month: tiers are reviewed yearly, and only ever go up while you stay with us.
How tiers are worked out
Your tier is the highest one where you have been with us for the minimum time and you meet either the yearly spend or the number-of-services minimum. Your account shows where you are and exactly what gets you to the next tier.
Why more services means more off
Every ongoing service with Metroway counts: a Managed IT package, nbn, business phones, mobile, security, backup, Microsoft 365, a maintenance plan, hosting. Moving your phones or internet to us can lift the discount on your IT and electrical too, because it all sits on one bill.
When the discount applies
To every line of your Metroway365 bill from the day you qualify, including project work and electrical jobs. Tiers are reviewed once a year and only ever move up while you stay a client. Testing and tagging has its own visit-based loyalty pricing on top.
