About Metroway · 6
Metroway is the only true technology company in Western Australia, a managed IT and automation specialist, that also does your telecommunications and your licensed electrical work. Most people deal with an IT company, a phone or internet provider and an electrician, each with its own quotes, bills and rules. With Metroway one local team plans and delivers all of it as one job, with one point of contact, one standard of pricing and one bill.
Because the three depend on each other. WiFi needs power and cabling in the right places, cameras and access control need both a network and an electrician, phones need internet, and an electrical fault can look like an IT problem. When one team owns the whole picture there is nobody to pass the blame to and nothing falls between providers. It is also faster and cheaper, because the cabling, power, network and devices are planned and installed together instead of in three separate visits.
We are based in Perth and work across the metropolitan area with our own team. Through our network of licensed partner contractors we cover more of Western Australia, and you still deal only with Metroway. Remote IT support, nbn, 4G/5G, mobile and phone systems are not tied to a location.
Always a licensed electrician: either Metroway’s own electricians or one of our licensed electrical contractor partners across WA. Every partner guarantees their work and Metroway stays responsible for the standard you receive. Your quote, the work, the certificate and the bill all come from Metroway, so you never have to chase a third party.
Honest and true Western Australian local support, with care for your home or business. We recommend the solution that is right for you rather than the one that suits a sales target, and we work with you until you are satisfied. That applies to a single power point and to a multi-site rollout.
It is how we work. Whatever is technical in your home, business or organisation, from the switchboard to the cloud, there is one number to call, one team that knows your setup and one bill. You get on the Metroway and we take it from there.
Metroway365 one bill · 4
Metroway365 is our single-bill system. Every Metroway service you have, whether it is Managed IT, nbn, phones, mobile, security, hosting or an electrical maintenance plan, is itemised on one monthly bill with one due date and one payment. Project work and one-off jobs appear on the same account, so there is one place to see everything you have with us.
Fewer bills means fewer due dates, fewer logins, fewer price rises to track and fewer "that is not our problem" conversations. Every line on a Metroway365 bill uses the same published pricing and the same Rewards discount, so you can see exactly what you pay for and why. If a question comes up, one phone call sorts it, because the people who send the bill are the people who did the work.
Yes. Your Metroway account shows the services you have with us, your quotes and tickets, your Rewards status and what gets you to the next tier. Create an account on the website or ask us to set one up for you.
No lock-in contracts on nbn, support or testing. Managed IT packages are month to month unless you choose a longer term for a better price, and we tell you plainly when a term applies. We would rather you stay because the service is good, which is also why our Rewards program gets better the longer you are with us.
Pricing · 5
Yes. Support rates, Managed IT packages, nbn plans, testing and tagging and a full price list for technology, telecommunications and electrical are on the Pricing page. Anything we cannot price without seeing the job is quoted fixed, in writing, before any work starts.
Everyone pays the same published rate for the same thing. There is no different price because of who answered the phone or how the quote was negotiated. Residential, Commercial and Enterprise each have their own published rates, and the only thing that changes your price is your Rewards tier, which only ever makes it lower.
Tell us what you need by message or phone, or lodge a request in your account. We ask a few questions, do a virtual estimate or a site visit if needed, then send a fixed quote with every line itemised. You accept it online and the price does not change unless you change the scope.
Business prices are shown ex GST and residential prices are shown inc GST, and every page says which. Your quote and your bill always show both.
Metroway Rewards · 4
Our loyalty program. Most providers only reward new customers; we reward the people who stay. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers take 1%, 2.5%, 5% and 10% off every invoice. Your tier depends on how long you have been with us and either how much you have with us each year or how many Metroway solutions you use. More services, more spend, longer with us, bigger discount.
Each ongoing service you have with us counts as a solution toward your Rewards tier, and the discount applies across everything on your bill, including project and electrical work. So moving your nbn or phones to Metroway does not only simplify your bill, it can lift your discount on your IT and electrical as well. Loyalty means something to us, and this is how we show it.
Yes. Charities and not-for-profits registered with the ACNC receive Platinum, our top tier, from day one. Pensioner Concession Card holders receive Gold on residential services. Tell us when you create your account or on the first visit and it stays on your account.
Testing and tagging and RCD testing have their own visit-based loyalty pricing, because the work is repeated on a schedule: Bronze for your first two visits, then Silver, Gold and Platinum as the visits add up, with the price per item gliding down and never going back up while you keep testing with us. The instant estimate on the testing and tagging page shows exactly what each visit costs.

Residential is for homes and home offices, Commercial for businesses at a premises, and Enterprise for multi-site or complex organisations, departments and government, or anyone needing a custom agreement or SLA. Home-office businesses may choose Residential if they operate from a residence with up to 2 people and about 5 devices (self-declared; business software licences still required). Pick one in the top bar and the site shows the right services and prices.
Yes. Government departments and multi-site organisations sit under Enterprise, with custom agreements, SLAs and a dedicated account contact. ACNC-registered not-for-profits receive our Platinum Rewards tier from day one.
Lodge and track support tickets, request quotes and accept them online, see every service you have with us, follow your Rewards status and see what gets you to the next tier. It is the same team on the other end as when you call.
Message us or call 1800 69 00 81 and tell us what you need. Businesses can start with a free consultation, where we recommend a solution and show you the price before anything is signed. There is no obligation and no sales pressure, just a straight answer.
